REFUND POLICY AND TERMS OF SALE

By agreeing to our Terms of Sale and Terms of Use you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from industrial hemp and contain no THC. Our high quality products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Full ingredient disclosure is displayed on the Web Site and on product labels, so please be sure these are the right products for you prior to purchase.

FarmerTom.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return.

Consumables and topicals carry an initial 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If we issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive a returned product within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a refund to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping and handling (if any). This Refund Policy and Terms of Sale is incorporated into our Terms of Use and making a purchase is acceptance that you agree to and understand this Refund Policy and Terms of Sale.

FARMERTOM.COM WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE AND REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE OUR ONLY OBLIGATION. ONCE A REFUND IS MADE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE OR ENTITLED TO FUTURE CHARGEBACKS, FUTURE REFUNDS, OR ANY OTHER ACTION RELATING TO THE PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON. RETURNS NOT MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR CHARGEBACK, RETURN, OR REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY KIND.

Please note: There are NO returns on Bars of Soap, Final Sale items, or Subscription items not cancelled at least five days prior to shipment.

Please contact us at info@farmertom.com, tell us who you are and the reason you want to return the product in order to receive an RMA from us, then package the unused portion and mail to: FarmerTom.com attn: Returns  9208 NE Hwy 99 Suite 107-39 Vancouver, WA       Please write your RMA on the outside of the package, or include it on a piece of paper inside and send us the tracking information so we can notify you when we receive it. Product returns without an RMA will not be honored.

Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Please understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. FarmerTom.com strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless it can be tracked from the shipper.

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your return package. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit we cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.

All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us at info.farmertom.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product and take pictures of the outside and inside of the shipment and include them as attachments with your email claim.
